Trademark Renewal Filings

Once you register your trademark to retain 100% ownership and keep your trademark alive you must continue using the mark and file the required maintenance documentation confirming your use. Renewal declaration documents must be filed:
  • Between the fifth and sixth years after the registration date
  • Between the ninth and 10th years after the registration date
  • Every 10 years after that (between the 19th and 20th years, 29th and 30th years, etc.)
Our trademark renewal service focuses on delivering quality legal services by ensuring your trademark stay alive. Failure to timely file the declaration documentation will result in your trademark becoming abandoned. If you have any questions or concerns about your particular trademark renewal declaration filing please contact one of our attorneys. We are always happy to provide a legal consultation.
Some restrictions apply to the legal fee quoted above.*
