Once you register your trademark to retain 100% ownership and keep your trademark alive you must continue using the mark and file the required maintenance documentation confirming your use. Renewal declaration documents must be filed:

Between the fifth and sixth years after the registration date
Between the ninth and 10th years after the registration date
Every 10 years after that (between the 19th and 20th years, 29th and 30th years, etc.)
